To achieve the seamless, undetectable finish CrownedbyVB is known for, I work exclusively with HD or Transparent lace. Your wig will be fully customised, bleached and plucked, and will be plucked further during your appointment to suit your individual hairline.

• For the best results, I recommend purchasing your wig directly from crownedbyvb.com, all wigs come with premium HD lace ready for a flawless melt
• Not sure if your wig is suitable? DM me a photo before booking and I'll let you know

Please ensure your wig is dropped off on time, this allows me to fully prepare it before your appointment.

• Drop-off must be scheduled in advance, please DM me to arrange a drop-off time before coming. Unannounced drop-offs will not be accepted
• Drop-off in advance: At least 3 days before your appointment Late drop-off +£10
• Same-day bring-in: Add the "Same-Day Wig Drop-Off" add-on at checkout +£20
• Drop-off hours: Mon–Sat 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Sun 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Cornrows can be added on to your appointment, simply select the add-on when booking
• If arriving with your hair already braided down, please ensure it is completely flat
• Bald caps are included in your service, you do not need to bring your own foundation

I welcome reinstalls, including wigs not originally installed by me.

• Your wig must be clean, washed, and completely free of glue residue
• Not sure if it's reinstall-ready? Send me a photo via DM before booking
• Need lace customisation? Add "Lace Customisation" at checkout
• Wigs for customisation must be dropped off at least 3 days in advance Late drop-off +£10

I ask that you arrive on time so every client receives the full attention and experience they deserve.

• A 15-minute grace period applies, please message me if you're running behind
• 15+ minutes late: A late fee applies +£10
• 30+ minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited

I understand that life happens, my policy is designed to be fair to both of us.

• All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within the same month, subject to availability
• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment
• Cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee +£15
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost
• No-shows will be declined from future bookings

Need something outside of standard hours? I've got you.

• Appointments outside Tue–Sat, 11:30 AM–7:00 PM are available
• All Sundays are classified as out-of-hours
• Select "Out of Hours" add-on when booking +£15
• Same-day & emergency bookings: DM me directly +£20

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Deposits are collected via the booking system at checkout
• Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can also be paid via the booking system
• Accepted: Bank transfer, card, and cash

Photos or videos may be taken during or after your appointment for portfolio and social media use. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, feel free to let me know, no problem at all.

To maintain a calm, focused environment for every client:

• Please arrive alone, no additional guests are permitted in the studio
• I reserve the right to decline service if a client's behaviour is disrespectful

Once your booking is complete, here's what to expect:

• A confirmation email will be sent immediately, please double-check your email address is typed correctly or you will not receive it
• Check your junk/spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox
• Need to make changes? Contact me at least 24 hours in advance
• Hair purchased from crownedbyvb.com must be ordered a minimum of 7 working days before your appointment, unless from the Ready to Ship collection
