Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, so we’ve created an exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the wig must be in its original, unworn, and unstyled condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a damaged or defective wig, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we’ll arrange an exchange for a replacement. Unfortunately, wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered cannot be exchanged. Thank you for your understanding and support!
