A: Yes, our wigs can be customised to your preferred length, cap size, and texture. We provide wigs in different cap sizes (small, medium and large) to ensure a comfortable fit for everyone 

Q: How do I measure my head for a wig?

Q: How long will my wig last?

A: With proper care, our virgin hair wigs can last over 2 years, maintaining their quality and texture.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, which is why we have an exchange policy in place. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange any wig that is still in its original condition. If you receive a wig that is damaged or defective, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. Please note that we cannot exchange wigs that have been worn or styled as they are considered non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding!
